How do I view attachments?

How come suddenly I can not view, open or save attachments?

  • Yahoo has TOTALLY screwed my account up. I have never had problems with it until the past month. They messed up my mobile email, my contact list and now my attachments. When I click an email with attachments, normally it shows a thumbnail of the attachment as well, but now it doesnt even show that. When I click the attachment, it tries to download it, but nothing happens. All my other yahoo accounts still work just fine, so its isolated to this account. Anybody else having this problem? And if so, did you get it corrected? How?

    It seems to be the latest Yahoo glitch, anything attachment related seems to be very much pear shaped. Again nothing on the suggestion board but they have been notified.

I have the same problem. It is definitely a Yahoo problem, not your computer. I have no problems attaching files using gmail from the same computer and using the same browser. I tried all of the remedies listed on Yahoo help, but none of them work. THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM FOR ME!!! AAARGHHH.

I am having the same problem ! This is a real problem for me. All our other accounts are fine - but all of a sudden my attachments won't upload or download. Is there any way to correct this?
