Is there a way I can send a video clip of a song via email as a trick to all my friends?

What I want to do is send a video clip via email that when its opened cannot be closed until the song has finished playing, or even better until the song has repeated itself over and over again about 5or so times.If it can also look like a normal clip on the email would be good too.Please help.Thanx
