Since last three days, i can't download the attachment files received. HELP !!!!!!!?

since last three days, i can't download the attachment files i received. i had tried to refresh so many times, but it is stil the same problem.

If you are using Internet Explorer and have Norton Internet Security or Norton Confidential installed, that is the problem. You do not have to uninstall the Norton product(s), just disable the browser add-on that it installs. In Internet Explorer, click Tools, then Manage Add-ons... Scroll down to Norton Confidential and select it. In the lower left, click on Disable, then OK. Click OK again to close the Manage Add-ons window. Close all Internet Explorer windows. When you start Internet Explorer again, it will work.

Maybe the attachments are too big, you have no room, or have you tried clearing your inbox to make space.

Just save them for a few days. I'm sure someone in Texas (SBC/AT&T) will wake up and correct the problem this year. Maybe. Hopefully!
