How do i insert a picture into my e-mail box that is in my documents on my pc?

Hi What kind of email tool are using ? if it is Microsoft Outlook :"Create a New Message" then you click on the Attach Button and choose the file(s) that you need to send IF you are using a Web based tool like Yahoo,gmail, Hotmail , ... then you can do pretty much the same by clicking on the "Attach Files" Good luck
