Why can't I download files from my email?

I cant attach files and download attached files already for 2 days!!! HELP!?

    It's happening to a lot of people for two days. Yahoo! will fix it eventually. In the meantime, you can use Gmail or something.

Same thing happened to me for the first time starting this morning- I tried normal troubleshooting ideas found on internet, none worked- Must be a Yahoo problem- I know Yahoo has a stone wall that prevents getting through to anybody there- Somehow a way needs to be found to try and get through to Yahoo to get help/explanation-

Same thing happened about a year ago, no response from Yahoo. We are having same problem. All is well in gmail and msn mail.
