How to save a picture as jpeg?

How can I save this picture as a JPEG?

• I edited a picture of mine using Microsoft Word 2011 and I want to make it my Facebook profile picture, but it's in a word document format. I clicked on the save as and wanted to save it as a Jpeg or something, but there was no option for it. Any ideas?

  Step 1: Go to the File Step 2: Click the "Organize" Tab in the upper left corner Step 3: Go down until you see "Folder and Search Options" and select it Step 4: Go to the "View" tab inside of the new window that popped up when you clicked Folder and Search Options Step 5: Uncheck the box that says "Hide Extensions for Known File Types" Step 6: Click "OK" You should notice the names of each file have an extension at the end (.jpg, .png, etc. etc.) Step 7: Rename the file, but instead of choosing the actual name, highlight the extension, and replace it with .jpg for a JPEG file. Step 8: Press Enter, and a window should pop up asking if you want to, and the file may become unusable. Click OK. Step 9: It should now be able to be used as a picture. If not, then simply rechange it back to the previous extension name, open it, and copy the picture into another program (like Paint) Hope this helps.
