JPG to PDF then send by email?

Ok I have 71 JPG files, of a book I scanned into my computer. Now I would like to send this to my friend, but I want to convert it into PDF format, and have all 71 pages in one file in order..But the file can't' be to big, or it won't be able to send... Can any one help me please.. thanks if you do.. and god bless......
