Does the dsi come with internet or do you have to insert it. if it comes with it, do you need to bay extra?

I need to choose from a flat-screen tv, an electric guitar and a dsi. I think i want the dsi but i also want the electric guitar and flat-screen. I want the dsi for traveling and internet and the camera. does the internet come with it for free? *TWILIGHT<3*

you need to buy dsi points and then go to the dsi shop and download it, you can buy points cards from blockbuster video or other retailers, hope this helps.
