Why I experience difficulties with loading attachments on yahoo mail?

When in Yahoo, I often experience a locking up when I try to access mail or open attachments?

• I use a MAC and when in yahoo mail, my computer often locks up or freezes when trying to access mail or attachments. In other words, the multi-colored wheel that indicates the computer is active but nothing happens. In order to bypass, I have to logout and start over again, sometimes doing this three or four times before I access mail. This just started 4 to 6 weeks ago.

  Maybe this can help you, I use Internet Explorer and could not find a solution to switch back to Classic Mail permanently after 2 days of pulling my hair out lots of problems! I have not found links work permanently, I went to CONTACT YAHOO CUSTOMER CARE, then clicked on LIVE CHAT, told them my old computer can not handle it, and they switched me back 5 to10 min. total, no problem, and they do not prompt me to switch anymore!
