How do i send a picture to somebodies email?

  Open Your email site and click on New Message (or whatever it is called on your email) Put the email address into the "to" area. Enter a subject then left click in the Message area. Where you type your message. Click on Attach or Attach File. Click on "Browse" A window will open and you need to navigate to the photo. When you find it double click on it and then click upload. If you use Yahoo Mail, open a new message window and simply click and hold on the photo you want to send then drag it to the body of your new message and release the left button. The photo will be in the body of you message instead of being an attachment.
