How do you send attachments?

I don't know how to send attachments to others, they are attachments someone sent me, I am not very smart when it comes to computers

I take it your referring to an attachment on an e-mail? You can simply click and drag them into your message panel. If you use a browser based e-mail system, look for a paper clip or something that says attachment, specify the file, and send. You can also right click files and choose send to ---> mail recipient.
