Photo mail, the insert photo button won't show up when I compose?

• added photo mail, it works on my husbands but not mine the insert photo button won't show up when I compose. we both have the same settings etc. but mine won't work. Yahoo customer service won't answer numerous letters about this, just the same old automated response that means nothing.
