How to put a window screen in from inside?

I want to put print screen of a window to email directly not as an attachment?

• I know how to do a print screen of a partiular window but when I try to paste to an email message the paste option is not available. I don't want to put it as an attachment bc the person whom im trying to show a print screen doesnt know how to get attachments to open up and thats what directions im sending to him. I thought a print screen of the windows would help him. I need to put the print screen of a window to an email message not as an attachment. I knows its possible bc I have seen it first hand. Help!

  1. Save the print screen as a jpeg file. 2. Use internet explorer in composing a new email. 3. Copy the jpeg file then paste it onto the email.
