Where can I get information about surface mail?

How big can be an attachment with mail-plus? When can I get the complete information about mail-plus? Thanks?

• I do have mail plus for a long time and by now I don't remember exactly what extras it provides. I tried to send 30 Mb attachment, but it was looping infinitally trying to attach. I decided to check what the max attachment size was, and I couldn't the info. I meant "where can I get info", not "where". Thanks.

  I believe the max size of an attachment with Mail Plus is 20mb...
