How do I delete downloaded items in my attachment file?

Answer:
If this is on your email page under the inbox, sent etc. Then click on My Attachments, new screen appears. At the top click Message View there you can delete individually or the whole page. Scroll to the bottom and click Check All then delete. They are also in your inbox, sent and trash so you need to delete them also to be sure they are gone. You can do the same for My Photos. Hope this is what you are talking about.
