How do I open a wmv. attachment?

I am trying to send a Message with an Attachment and it won't load! Help?

  • I am trying to send a message on Yahoo Mail with an Attachment on it and the Attachment will NOT load! Its a .WMV File that i made on Windows Movie Maker! Help?!

    Video files are usually huge things so your attachment might be too big. You can try changing the frame size but it might be too tiny to see well and resizing might also distort the video. If you want someone else to see a video you can either upload it to YouTube, classify it as private and send the other person the link or you can use something like "Large Files ASAP" to send the file to one person. Yahoo does not allow to attach too large a file. Yahoo shall show that the file is being uploaded, however, after a lot of time is wasted, finally it does not attach the file. Probably, the file size limit is 5MB. Thus, the best way to attach files is to split the file to smaller chunks (e.g. by using program HJPlit, google search keyword: HJSplit). Then attach one file at a time while saving each time the draft. When done send the email.
