How do I delete photos and attachments?

How do you delete photos in (my photos and my attachments).i cannot find a delete to click on.?

• i found i have all these attachments and photos in (myphotos and my attachments) and i want to get rid of all of them . i think it is slowing down my computer

  They are one of the biggest uses of space. You right click on them and a menu pops up and you click on the word delete. Also optomize your computer. Click start slide pointer to accessories slide pointer to system tools slide over to and click disk cleanup (click OK or yes to any screens that pop up) repeat - but the second time click disk defragment instead of disk cleanup and when that screen comes up click defragment If you have never done this it is going to take a while so I advise that you do the cleanup and wait on that and wait till bedtime and click the defragment as it is going to take a while. When you get up in the morning click close and then click out of defragmenter at the red x I recommend doing this at least once a week so it won't take so long and you keep your computer running faster and better.
