How do you save an attatchment to your iPhone?

Using my desktop computer I sent an email to my othe email adress that included an attachment to it (a song) and I got on my email using my iPhone. Now I jus need to know how to save the song to my iPhone

Answer:
There is no way to save off an email onto your iphone. You will have to upload your song to itunes on your desktop and then sync it onto your iphone. Hope this helps
