When I can't open my e-mail?

When I open my yah email, It doesn't show the attach. pics. just a x in the box. cant see them till downloaded

• I cant see attachments until they are downloaded to the computer. Does anyone know how I can change this? I want to be able to preview them first. I tried everything I know of.

  Yahoo is having many problems. I had the problem with red x's showing instead of thumbnails. 1 WEEK after I sent them an email about the problem they sent me an answer that it was fixed. Sure, now instead of red x's I get a pic of a page of paper with corner turned down,still no thumbnail pic. That is on sent email saved. Also some but not all incoming mail have that page symbol. Never ever had that symbol before this. Very frustrating when they can't get something fixed right away. Doesn't look good for their service. They may get it fixed some yr.
