Where is temporary folder?

Where is this "temporary folder"?

I recently got a pic of my baby nephew in my yahoo email. I clicked "download", followed by "Open", and it said "save to: Temporary Folder". But the email was deleted by my brother, and now I can't actually download it. Is is possible to find this "temporary folder" so I can grab the pic before I burn my history and temp files? I'm pretty sure I found it once, a while back when I accidentally saved a txt file there, maybe, but now I'm lost and I really want this pic. Help, please.
Answer:

go to c drive,open folder documents and settings ,in that u can see a folder name as same as your user name,open that folder u can see there temp folder. if u still finding problem go to run command and type %temp% and enter u can see temp files.
