What's a site to get pictures from?

What site do u get those pictures with the black box around them?

    You can download a program here that let's you make your own, using your own pictures or pictures from the web. It's pretty cool. There's a pro version, but this is free. They're mostly made with Photoshop (although graphically they're so simple, you could make them with thegimp or other free image software). The idea is that they look like motivational posters. I made one myself for a forum contest a couple of years back. It wasn't very funny, but I enjoyed doing it.
