How do you save a song that someone sends to your e-mail?

I asked someone on youtube where they downloaded this song and they sent it to my e-mail but, i don't know how to save it. Does anyone know how?

Answer:
right click, save as or save, select the downloads file or what ever music file u use as its location...to open the song, u go to the file and double click or right click scroll down to "open with..." to choose ur player.
