My computer will not send out pictures. What is wrong?

Why wont pictures from my computer send to my phone?!!!!!!!!!!!?

• ok Im with Virgin Mobile and i have the crappy LG Rumor Touch and ive been trying forever to get this picture off my camera on to my freaking phone!!!! Ive synced it to my computer and ive tried the address ([email protected]) virgin mobile recently deleted there Pix application on the phones and that was usually the address ([email protected]?) something like that ive looked up trying to send it to different addresses and even putting a 1 in front of my phone number nothing works!! but this isweird i i texted my email and it came up on my email ([email protected]) so i messaged it back and it came up on my phone inbox but when i tried attaching a file to a new message and send it to that address to my phone it didnt freaking work!! my phone will receive the messages but not the pictures!!! its pissing me off!!! some one help me pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa…

  These are you options: 1. If you have a USB cord connect it to your computer and drop the file (picture) onto your phone's file (F: or G:). (easy) 2. Download photoshop express from the android market and make an account for photoshop on your computer than upload the picture from your computer to photoshop and sign in to your photoshop account than download it. (difficult) 3. Upload it to facebook (if you want it to be private make it private) than go to m.facebook.com on your phone and go to the picture in your albums on facebook and click download. (easy)
