  first of all you need to save the pages with e-mails that you need. when saving choose the option to save the whole web page with pictures. you will get a html file and a folder with all the pictures from the page if there are any. after you saved all the pages you needed you should get a special zipping program like winrar, winzip, 7zip or something. personally I recommend using program from this website http://how-to-zip-a-file.com it's free and easy to use as there are all the instructions on the website. after you downloaded and installed the program if you didn't have it, you should choose all the html files you got and (!!!) all the folders that came with them and with right click choose an option to zip it. that's all. hope it helps!
