HELP SENDING PICTURES THROUGH HOT MAIL!! fast please?

~i need help with sending a pic to my e-mail from phone~?

ok i need help sending a pic from my phone to my e-mail account hears what i do if i am missing a step tell me 1. go to file manager go to my pictures secect the one i want then send as pic message then i put in my e-mail adress which is a hotmail account by the way in case somone asks then i pres send it says message sent 2. then i go to my e-mail account on a computor and the e-mail is there i click on the message but when i open it i don't see an attachment to download or anything just who its sent by i have even clicked on that swirley thing and still nothing happens so what am i doing wrong please help best anser for whoever helps
