How do i delete all the attachment in my inbox?

How do i get the paperclip to show next to the emails in the inbox - mine don't show?

  • how do i get the paperclip to show next to the emails in the inbox? each time i receive an email with an attachment there is no paper clip, so i have no idea if there is an attachment until i open the email. also which folder do i go to in order to delete the attachments, as i have just discovered that there are 2000 (some very old) attachments sitting on my computer, but i don't know how to find the folder. Obviously when i put my read/sent messages containing an attachment in the trash, the attachment is going 'somewhere else on the computer'.

    In the inbox, right-click on From (or subject... anything at the top). Select 'Columns'. Make sure 'Attachment' is checked.
