What do I do about not being able to download attachments from my email?

Cannot download any email attachments!?

• I cannot download email attachments from my Yahoo email account, but my husband can download email attachments from his Yahoo email account without any problem -- using the same computer!!! So, it is clearly not an anti-virus or firewall setting, or the browser (Firefox 9.0.1) being used. It appears that I have the newest version of Yahoo Mail, whereas my husband is using the previous version of Yahoo Mail (not the classic version). How can I fix this frustrating problem??? Is there some way for me to change to the previous version of Yahoo Mail to try and fix this problem? Thanks.

  If you are in Yahoo this may be a temporary glitch. Sometimes just changing to the other email format solves the problem. You can go back to the other one occasionally to see if it corrects itself. . If in CLASSIC click on NEWEST VERSION of Y! MAIL in the upper part of your email page to go to the NEW version.
