When I can't open my e-mail?

When I open my email I sometimes cant see picture WHY?

  • using yahoo email.

  • Answer:

    If there are red xs-----they weren't transported, per Yahoo. If not----then this works most of the time. Click on forward (just as if you were going to send). This activates the message window, and you should be able to scroll through that window and see your pics. Some day Yahoo is gonna have to deal with this problem (or start losing members). You and I are not alone , as dozens and dozens of similar questions here on Q&A show.

I have the same problem to see them in the first screen, (first time). I have treated all the possible options and I have not found the way to see them faster.

Check your preferences to make sure you are allowing html messages. Also, another thing to look at is your security settings, depending on what platform you are using, you may be behind a firewall or something that doesn't allow pictures. One other possibility is that your anti-virus might prevent you from seeing the picture because it may have a virus, and won't download.
