How to view attachments in new yahoomail?

  • Is there any way to view attachments before i download them in yahoomail? Please suggest and help. Thanks in advance

    I think there is a bit of confusion here when you click download you are mealy downloading the attachment from the server, you are not downloading it to your computer. To do that you would have to right click on the email and select save as. Yahoo should have used the word open rather than download.

Just tried in mine and couldn't see a way to do it. The only option is to download the attachment and save it as a file. The file save dialog box then opens to do it. You then have the file saved to your computer. The actual file remains on the server and you are downloading a copy of it. You can also download it multiple times from the server.
