Why can I send email but can not send email with attachments?

With Yahoo email, I can't send attachments more than 25mb, why? can't send photos with emails,?

    You can send larger files. when you click on ATTACH LARGE FILES (new version) below is what you will have to do. I am just making it easier for you. Go to www.sendthisfile.com and it will get you to upload your file. From there, it will give you a hyperlink that you can email to your message recipients where they can go download the file to their computer. You can't, because that is the limit Yahoo have set for mail accounts. Or, you can, you just have to use something other than Yahoo email for it.
