Is it possible to send a picture (attachment) in an SMS message from my computer to a phone?

I send SMS text messages from my pc to my friend's smart phone. Is it possible to send or attach pictures in an SMS message?

No SMS only supports text. Email Picture or text from Computer to Cell Phone.
