How do I send pictures on e mail?

How can I retrieve pictures from my digital camera and send them in an E-mail?

  • I want to send pictures that are on my digital camera. Unlike AOl you can't retrieve from digital camera. So I can't figure out how to get these pictures out to e-mail. Can anyone help

  • Answer:

Let me tell you about Picasa 2, a program offered for free by Google. It is software which you can download for free on its website. You can easily organize your photos however you want. If you have a Gmail account, you can easily select the photos and send them to whomever you want. Google allows for a greater storage size and attachment size. Try it.

Use a USB cable or other attachment that came with your camera to plug it into your computer. If your camera didn't come with one you can pick one up pretty cheap at Best Buy Walmart, etc.... If you need photo software you can download Adobe Starter phodo edition online for free. Depending on the photo software you are using and also depending on your email provider. I have found aol to be easier. If you have aol which you can get email services for free now at aol.com. You can click on write in the mail section. Right click onthe body of your letter, click on Insert Photos, click on browse, go find the file that you have stored your photos in and click on them they will open with your email. On most others you can Attach photos to your email. While writing your letter look for an attachements tab. Click on it and Browse for your pics. that means Click browse button, go find file your photos are in, click on them and they will be sent as an attachment for the reciever to open and view. If you want to select more than one p hoto at a time. Hold down the CTRL key while click ing photos, that will select all that you click until you let go of ctrl key. Good Luck.

Ok, first, you need to use whatever program came with your camera to download the pictures to your computer. Save them in a folder you can easily find with a recognisable name for each picture. Then, right click on a picture and click the "Send To" arrow, then click "Mail Recipient". Or, if you use yahoo! free mail, save the pictures to your computer and put them on as an attachment. to do this, write your e-mail and click "Attachments" and attach the photos to the e-mail. E-mail me if this doesn't work! Vilheim

Plug it into your computer!

♥I know these things♥

First you have to transfer them from the camera to the computer. If you have the right cord, then you just plug it in and the computer will tell you the rest. You have to have the right program downloaded as well. From there, you just go into your picture program and it should have an email button. If youll pick the pictures you want, then all you have to do is select email...It does it all for you. I have Kodak Easyshare, so, this is what im going off of.

Most digital cameras come with a USB cable thaat you plug one end into your computers USB port and the other (the smaller end) into your camera. Then you would turn your camera on and if the programs are already loaded onto your computer then once you turn your camera on a program should appear on your screen asking what action you would like to take regarding your camera/pics. If all else fails, call Tech Support for your camera :)
