How can I upload my pictures from Artweaver?

I have saved my pictures but when I want them to upload on other websites like Wattpad or Photobucket, I can't get them on there. The pictures read AWD and they don't show up when I click on upload pictures. If I do it takes way too long. I heard you can't upload those types of pics unless you have a converter or something like that. I've looked and looked and every time I try one out it doesn't work. I really want to upload them for covers for my stories or just to share but I can't. Please help
