How do I clear off all my attachments, and not have them kept there?

How do I delete attachments in the attachments file of Yahoo!?

  • I have a lot of attachments in the Yahoo! email account that I use most frequently. It seems to slow down other functions. I created a different account so as to send all my attachments to that account and use it mostly for attachments. You can bet it is a chore forwarding some 1106 attachments. Does Yahoo! mail have a function in which I can just check-mark all the attachments I want to send elsewhere instead of opening each email separately and sending it separately one by one? It can take over 15 minutes before an attachment is finally forwarded and the fact that there are so many attachments seem to make the system slower. Also, I don't see any function to delete the attachments from the attachment section. I am not referring to the attachment in each email. I know that i can delete that. I hope someone out there can be of help. Thank you
