send a message via e-mail from your phone to your address, then use that address to send back to your phone.

put the cell phione number in as the email address and then after @ sign put the whatever the carrier is carrier .com. you may or may not have to put in a + sign before teh phone number. make sure to put in all digits of phone number including country code,
