How to upload pictures?

I dont know how to upload my pictures?

ok. Heres the problem. Me and my boyfriend got professional pictures done. Now they are GORGEOUS pictures. I highly recommend jc penneys portraits. But ANYWAYS,,,, I didnt wanna buy the CD because it cost $150.00!..and thats cause im buying the copyright...i know. but i scanned the pictures to my windows computer and they saved under some weird thing...soooo I went to my moms work because she has a better scanner, and I emailed tham to me. and now i have them saved to the computer! yay...but the problem is it is saved in a photo album under pictures but when I click on it it opens it up like its saved to adobe. and I cant change it, or copy it, and what I wanna do is upload it to fb...but its not lettting me do that. I just wanna save it like a normal picture, any ideas???

Enter DOWNLOAD ADOBE READER X in your web browser to bring up the download site. This may help you view/copy the photos.
