IE encounters error must close when I try to insert a contacts address in replying or forward to an email.?

This happens from my address book and only after they have been running for a while if I start them and do it right it away it works fine but if I have been browsing for a while and then go to mail it fails after i select contact and go to insert it.

Soemthing is screwing up your IE. Might be a virus or a piece of malware. Run a scanner and if it finds nothing then probably your IE program is corrupted and you may need to reinstall windows. Failing wanting to do that, download another browser such as Firefox or Opera and use that instead of Internet Explorer.
