How to resolve mail problem?

I have problem to open an attachement from my e-mail. How resolve this problem?

    I believe you probably need some program you don't have to open it. So, see what type of file your attachment is and get the program. That's it!

Sometimes your security,such as Firewall,Anti spy-ware and such will not let you open attachments,you probably could check how tight your firewall is set if it is to tight you would have trouble opening anthing even access to the Internet usually that only happens on lockdown.if you know the person that sent it you could ease off on your firewall but you will open yourself up to hackers and viruses,if you do that make sure that you set it back to it"s original setting before you get on Internet explorer.if you still cannot open it may be a good thing that you don"t
