You can print files, web pages, documents to a Acrobat PDF file and then email that file and anyone with Adobe Acrobat can then open and view that file. You first need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html After it is installed, you can then create the pdf file by going to File | Print and selecting the printer named "Adobe PDF" It will prompt you to save the file at a location of your choice, you can then email that file as an attachment. Make sure the recipient also has Adobe Acrobat Reader
