How do i send pictures to my phone from yahoo email?

i want to send a picture to my phone from my email on my laptop. my phone isnt 4g or anything. my phone doesnt have internet. but on yahoo. im pretty sure there is a way to type in my cell number and send a pic to it. how do i do it?
