How do I attach files in an email?
-
I took some pictures of my friend for prom and I'm trying to email them to her. Can I attach the entire file or do I have to attach the pictures separately? Thanks. [FireStarter]

Answer:
you can attach pictures separately only as far as i know, not whole files of pictures. you can attach many pictures on a single email...it takes time i know. click on "attach file" then click in the file you want to attach.

there should be a button above your email that says attach. With some addresses, the button looks like a paper clip. click it. a window should come up that says browse or file name. you want to browse for the pic. you browse by clicking it and going to pictures and clicking the file you want. go with seperate pics, and no more than five per mail, or it will take forever to load. hope i helped.

To email one picture or 200 pictures or any thing in between. If it is one picture left click on the picture one time. It will turn blue, on the left side of the page you see a list of options select (email this file) If it several pictures you want to email at once click start then My Pictures, on the left side click (Make a new folder) and name it. Either drag and drop or copy and paste all the pictures you want to send into the new folder. Then left click the folder one time, it will turn blue. On the left side of the page click (email this folders files) a email page will open, insert the address amd click send.

Depending on which email service you use, there's normally an attach button.. If the file isn't too large, you can attach it. You should have to attach the other pictures separately unless you have this tool where you can drag in all the files you want to send.

Use Winzip to ZIP ( Compress ) all your photos into a single ZIP file and attach that ZIP file in the mail. Since Winzip is a popular Compression tool , your friend must be having it. She can use that tool to uncompress the file and get all the photos. Best Regards,
Rohan
On the email(assuming you use yahoo) click on the paperclip. Then, go to your pics in the window that comes up, and on the pics you want to send you friend, hold control while you click it. It should work and you should be able to send as many as you want. Hope this helped!, Colleen :)
