How do I delete saved photos/attachments from my mail page?

  • Some way, some how, I've aquired additional sections/folders on my mail page - 1)attachments & 2)photos. They're photos that were sent to me, and I opened and/or viewed them. But I didn't save to PC. Why are they here, and why can't they be deleted?

    There is a 'Receiving Mail' and 'Receiving Attachments' section in the Yahoo! Mail help pages located at http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/read/. However, I could not find the exact question/answer that would best suit your issue.
