How can you send a picture to a friend?

I want to send a picture from my computer to a friend through yahoo mail, can anyone please tell how to do it?

    All the above answers are accurate. However, some tips: 1) there's a limit to the size of attachments. Assuming you have a free yahoo! account, that's 10mb total for 1-3 files. 10mb may take a while to upload too. Also, depending on the friend's email account, they may not be able to receive the big messages that yahoo lets you send. 2) if you are on a PC and use IE, checkout and download the photomail tool from http://photomail.mail.yahoo.com/betasorryplatform?.intl=us The requirements for it are: Windows 2000 or Windows XP PC running Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5, and you gotta download a small file But the BIG benefit is, you can upload TONS of photos at once, at full resolution if you want, they'll send small thumbnails in a mail to your friend (as opposed to just one image like other photosharing sites do). AND the receiver can view all the photos on a yahoo! photos album AND download the full-resolution files. It's a great product. Only downside is that if you upload tons of photos like me, it takes quite a while even on broadband. Hope that helps! Good luck and enjoy.

Compose new mail and then attach any file you want. That's it.

send them an e-mail or whatever then before you send it hit attach files and then hit browse and hit whatever picture you want to upload and then upload it to the file and then send it its easy!

press "attach files" under subject and locate the picture. then load it up your done

you write the message you would like to send, you go to the attach files button, click the browse button in the new window to select the folder in which you keep the photo you wish to send, if you have the yahoo photo mail upgrade installed you will see the pictures in your browser window. choose the picture by clicking on it and click add. click attach files and wait for yahoo to upload you picture . then send the mail as you normally do. you can double check that the picture is really there by looking under the address / subject box and see the picture name there. hope this helps
