How do I delete my attachments?

I received email with attachments they are saved how do I delete attachments?

  • Emails with pictures are saved in attachments .I don't want them saved how do I delete them out of Yahoo attachments

  • Answer:

    click on blue text below the picture and you should then be able to hit the delete button for that email. For attatchments view in "message view" then check box for the ones you wish to delete.

I don't think you can edit, including delete the attachments, in the email sent to you. What I usually do is that I forward such an email to my alternate email (my other email address). I click the 'as the inline text' on the forward button options. Then I can edit the text. Or just click the forward button, remove the attachment/s I wish by clicking the word 'remove' next to each attachment, and send it to my other email address. Once it's there I send it back again to my original email address. It seems that I am going around and around but it works well though..hehehe
