Why won't pictures forward in e-mail?

When I copy the letter with pictures to e-mail, why won't pictures go through? How to get pictures through

I don't have any way to send attachments, I just have regular mail. Cut and paste is all I am able to do. I don't know how to get Microsoft Mail (Out look express to work) But I need to send pictures through e-mail with my letters.

Your question is difficult to understand. I have Yahoo Mail. You might suggest applying for it. If you have your pictures in your "pictures" folder all you have to do when you have written your email letter is click on "attach files" then you "browse' to your Pictures folder, choose the photo you want to attach and click "open." You do this for every photo, then click on "attach." It is quite easy to do.
