How do I send emails with pictures?

My friend sends me emails and there is just a box with an X...no pictures. How can I tell her to fix this.

If the picture is on the web then it may have been removed, or your email client might not be able to display images in the format she sends them in. Tell her to use a different format (like JPEG) and not to include pictures that are on the web but not stored in the email.
