Why do I get a message like this when I try to open some web pages, "Do you want to view only the web page that was delivered securely?"

Answer:
Security settings on your browser. If a webpage is sending both secure and non-secure information, the non-secure information may pose a threat to your computer. So you are being prompted to allow the non-secure information. You can change your security settings -- or you can just click 'yes' or 'no'. Me, I always click 'yes' and have never had a problem.
