I scanned a text document as JPG in a c.d. i tried to send it to my relative. when i tried to open the attachment for a second look, i git the window as follows " this file does not have a progeamme associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the folder options control panel" what i. Pl give step by step guidance

tell them to right click on picture and select microsoft picture manager or windows picture and fax viewer

It's easy Just ask them to right click on the image which you sent them and then ask them to use the option open with, Then you can ask them to choose Internet Explorer, this will allow them to view the pics you scanned / created in IE. If you have any other doubts you can email me @ [email protected]. It will automatically create a file association.
