HELP!!! i need to print a scanned picture from an email!!?

First, try to save the picture in your computer. Then open the picture file, press the print button. Hope that will help!

The program trying to print the pic may not support that type of file. Try printing it from a different program or get a file conversion program to convert it to something it can read.

go to the picture you want printed, file and print, it should work, unless you messed with other things. the red x means the picture did not come through.

how are you trying to print this? r u saving it and opening it up again? if so then it might not be saved properly. If you can, copy and paste the picture into a word document and print it.

Try to save the pic to your documents then try to print it again.You should also look at the ink status.

if there's a red X then you didn't save the picture correctly. Start over.

Is your picture a big X? If not make sure you have the picture saved, and if yo do try importing again.
