How insert a picture in my mail box?

Why won't my yahoo photo mail "insert photo" box appear in my compose email anymore?

  • I installed yahoo photo mail and lately when I go to insert photo's into my emails the "insert photo" box does not appear anymore. I have tried to re-install it and it already says that I am already signed up? Why can't I use it then?
